  • Are there hotel discounts?
    Please mention to the Prestige Lakeside Resort that you are attending the conference and you will receive a 35% discount.
  • Who should attend the conference?
    Anyone wishing to learn more about how they can reduce their community's vulnerability to wildfire is welcome to attend: Community members, Realtors, Insurance Industry Representatives, Professional Planners, Developers, Mitigation Specialists, Emergency Service Personnel, Researchers, and Policy Makers. Licensee sessions will focus on how to get community buy-in, what to consider for prescriptions, fire and science ecology, landscape-level planning, barriers to engagement, a licensee field trip, and more.
  • How much does registration cost?
    Community Rate: $180; Licensee Rate: $495; Registration includes 3-day conference, materials, continental breakfast, lunch, and evening socials and field trip.
  • Signing up as an exhibitor?
    Exhibitors are defined as educational, governmental, or non-profit organizations with a mission associated with the conference theme. Exhibitors will be charged $695 and will be granted a booth (6-foot skirted table with 2 chairs) in the vendor area, as well promotional materials can be included with attendee packets (supplied by exhibitor).   • How do I become a Sponsor?
    Sponsors will be acknowledged at the Platinum ($5000 and above), Gold ($2,500-$4,999), and Silver ($500-$2,499) levels. Each level is associated with a financial contribution toward conference expenses, and is rewarded with conference benefits specific to each level, commensurate to the sponsorship amount. Conference Sponsors can choose to sponsor specific conference events (such as lunch, social, etc.) as long as the sponsorship amount is equal to, or in excess of, the actual cost of the specific conference event.
